The Chinese smartphone manufacturer ZOPO has added a new smartphone to its color smartphone lineup with the launch of the Zopo Color M5 at Rs 5,999. The announcement comes after the launch of the Zopo Color M4 last month. The new smartphone is now available in the country through major offline retailers in Caribbean Blue, Peach, Indigo, Matte White and Charcoal Black color options.
The Zopo Color M5 has 143.7mm x 9.7mm and weighs 142g. IT has a 5 inch FWVGA (480x854 pixels) display offering a color depth of 16 million and pixel density of 196ppi. Under the hood, the Zopo Color M5 houses the quad-core MediaTek MT6737M SoC with ARM Mali-T720 MP1 GPU clocked at 550MHz. There is 1GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage with the option for further storage expansion by up to 64GB using a microSD card.
On the optics front, the Zopo Color M5 includes a 5-megapixel CMOS rear camera sensor with autofocus, accompanied by a single LED flash and a 2-megapixel fixed focus front camera with beauty mode for selfies and video chats.
For connectivity, the Zopo Color M5 gets dual SIM (SIM1 Micro + SIM2 Nano) with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB port and GPS. On board sensors on the Zopo Color M5 include gravity sensor, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor and 3 axis accelerometer. Powering the entire package is the 2100mAh Li-Polymer battery running Google's Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
Additionally, the Zopo Color M5 comes pre-loaded with various apps like Zopo Worlds and Zopo Care and a convenient multilingual keyboard with supports for over 25 Indian regional languages.
